Assistance during the development of the Project “New Fair of Milan”:

● support to the Top Management for the construction with methodologies finalized to the management of complex projects, in particular for:

-  arrangement of the criteria for the pre-selection of the short list of Candidates

-  evaluation and pre-selection of Candidates

-  arrangement of the criteria for the selection of the General Contractor

-  evaluation of the Candidates’ proposals and selection of the General Contractor

-  analysis of the main aspects for the contract management

-  revision of the contractual documents

-  arrangement of the structure of Sistema Sviluppo Fiera for the management of the construction contract

●Temporary Management service, for the function “Contracts and Top Control”:

-  operative management of the activities related to the General Contractor selection phase and of the relevant contract

-  Top control during the executive phase

-  interface with the Company charged of the field clearing

-  organization and direction of the “Contracts and Top control” function.

● Assistance to the Top Management for the implementation of a project financing for the construction of a multideck parking:

-  definition of the economic/financial feasibility conditions (capacity/fares), with the support of mathematical simulations

-  support for the development of the documentation for the relation of the private partner, for the definition of the parameters for the evaluation of the offers

● Management of the tenders for:

-  New Exhibition Centre

-  Hotels

-  Parking System

-  Electrical Substation

● Management of the tender for the selling and requalification project of the Polo Urbano (Old Centre).

 

 

S.A.C.B.O. – (1998 – 2006) – (Italy)

● Assistance to the Management and to the project team for the restructuring and development of the Bergamo – Orio al Serio Airport (1998 – 2001).

● Technical assistance to the project and site activities.

● Monitoring of the project and site activities.

● Project Management and control for the global activities of the project (1998 – 2001).

● Economic assessment for validation of the strategic realization solution.

● Development of the basic criteria for the management of Airport activities by centres of cost and by products and development of the economic financial PC model for budgeting analysis.

● “Direzione Lavori” and Project Management of new investment finalized to the further infrastructural development of the Bergamo – Orio al Serio Airport:

-  Baggage Handling of the arrivals;

-  New offices;

-  New automatic Handling System for baggage at the departures.

● Organisation of the tangible assets register (goods identification, codification and description and assessment of the value).

● Development of the software for the management and updating of the tangible assets register and assistance for the use.

● Assistance for the development of the technical economic documents required to renew the Orio Airport concession.

● Assistance for the development of the new handling fares.

● Assessment of the value of the own machinery and plants.

● Assessment of the value of plants and machinery of the aircraft fuel stock and supply station.

 

 

SEA – (1995 – 1998) – (Italy)

● Assistance to the top management and to the project group for the implementation of the Malpensa 2000 Airport, and relevant co-generation plant.

● Technical assistance to the site group.

● Project Management, Project control and monitoring of the site construction activity.

 

 

BOLOGNINI HOSPITAL – (2002 – 2009) – (Italy)

● Check of the breakeven of the reference Business Plan, developed for the bid for the construction and operation of the energy cogeneration plant of the Bolognini Hospital – Seriate, Bergamo .

● Check and adjustment of the formula to update the fares for the supply of energy: thermal, electric and cold.

● Assistance to the Responsible of the Project Financing for a new parking for the Hospital.

 

 

ASL 5 – LA SPEZIA – (2002 – 2005 (*) – (Italy)

(*) currently in stand-by

● Project & Construction Management (P & CM) supplying the ASL 5 for the construction of the New Felettino Hospital, as per D.P.R. 554/99, 21.12.99, Regulations for the application of the law 109/94.

   Activity in temporary association with other Companies, charged of the Project Management, Project Control, definition of economic / financial reference business plan and definition of the economic parameters for the evaluation of the received offers.

 

 

MUNICIPALITY OF GARDA – (2004 ÷ 2005) – (Italy)

● Assistance to the Responsible of the Municipality for the Project Financing relevant to a Sports’ Center, for the evaluation of the economic and financial matters of the proposal received from the Promoter and up to the selection of the contractor for the construction and management.

   Procedure carried out in compliance with the Italian law 109/94 (Public Works), art. 37 bis and following.

 ● Assessment of the economic and practical justifications at the basis of the request of the

   Contractor of the Garda Acqua Centre for an extension of the Contract period

 

 

MUNICIPALITY OF BERGAMO – (2001) – (Italy)

● Assistance to the Responsible of the Municipality in the evaluation of the economic and financial matters of the received proposal, finalized to the selection of the preliminary project to be put as reference in the bid for the construction of a Multilevel Parking, as per art. 37 bis of the law 109/94 (project financing).

 

 

MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF BERGAMO – (2011) – (Italy)

● Development of the SEAP (Sustainable Energy Action Plants) for some municipalities of the Province of Bergamo within the frame of Covenants of Mayors, for the implementation of energy policies targeted to the goal of the 20/20/20.
