During the PLANT OPERATION PHASE, EMS can:

 

• set up and organize the operating structure.
• analyze and tailor production schedules to the market request.
• evaluate production and procurement organization to minimize raw and in – process material stocks (“just in time” approach).
• evaluate the daily and scheduled maintenance organization including area and general maintenance workshop.
• evaluate safety and the hazards accruing from plant operation and from handling solid, liquid or gaseous effluents.
• set up the production management and information system.
• draw up safety reports and emergency plans.
• highlight any plant improvement for safe and cost-efficient operation.
