During the phase of PLANTS AND INFRASTRUCTURES CONSTRUCTION , EMS can:

• organize and define the Project Management Group.
• define the lay-outs, the operative flow sheets and the storages for in process and finished products by means of the simulation study of the entire plant or of its more critical parts.
• design warehouses, storage areas and relevant automation.
• assist the customer in the procurement phases (supplier listing, technical evaluation of supplier’s offers, orders and order specifications drawing up, expediting and shop testing).
• define the site sizing.
• define the engineering construction scheduling, the detailed realization budget, and the cash flow diagram curve, and update them through cost control activity (Project Control).
• draw up operative manuals, with the help of simulation models.
• assist of the client during commissioning.
• draw up operating procedures to reduce the risk of production losses.
